Project Engineer (Water Treatment)

As a Project Engineer, you will be working on the Anglian Water IOS Framework Contract based in Colchester. In this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications, while meeting client expectations and complying with all relevant stakeholder requirements and regulations.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of multiple Civil and MEICA projects. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records of asset changes (such as decommissioning, modifications, and new installations) within corporate systems. You will also be responsible for issuing Early Warning Notices and Change Requests where project timelines or costs are impacted.

This is a varied role combining both site-based and office-based work across East Anglia. Requirements

  • A background in engineering
  • Experience in a client-facing or customer-focused role
  • A relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, BTEC, or higher)
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • A full UK driving licence
