Must have’s

  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection
  • Experience with social media campaigns or survey software
  • Interest in market research, insight, or consumer behaviour

So, what will you be doing?

  • Supporting Project Managers with the delivery of research projects from start to finish
  • Attending client calls and taking notes, with opportunities to lead meetings as you develop
  • Preparing project documentation, schedules, reports and online forms
  • Creating engaging participant recruitment campaigns across social media
  • Managing suppliers, venues and project logistics
  • Contacting and assessing research participants by phone
  • Tracking applications and maintaining participant profiles
  • Keeping project documentation organised, accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining high data quality standards
  • Supporting in-person research projects across the UK, including London, Manchester and Birmingham
