PROJECT MANAGER

Im currently working across permanent Project Management opportunities with established main contractors across Yorkshire and the wider North.

The requirements range from Project Manager through to Senior Project Manager / Project Director level, depending on experience.

The work

Youll take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:

Overall project delivery and leadership
Programme management and sequencing
Management of site teams and subcontractors
Client and stakeholder management
Cost and commercial awareness
Quality management
Health & Safety leadership
Risk management
Pre-construction planning through to handover
Reporting to senior management and the client
Experience were looking for
Proven project management experience within main contracting
Track record delivering construction projects of £10m+
Experience managing site teams and multiple subcontractors
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Demonstrable programme, quality and delivery management capability
Experience taking projects through the full construction lifecycle
Relevant sector experience depending on the individual project
Qualifications & technical capability
Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Professional membership desirable
Additional qualifications such as NEBOSH desirable depending on the role
