Project Manager

Our client is a market-leading, technology-driven organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of business-critical projects across operational, technology and change environments.

Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to implementation, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timescales, budgets and quality standards.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you will have successfully delivered a portfolio of strategic projects, built credibility with senior stakeholders, and implemented improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency. You will be recognised as a trusted delivery partner, capable of bringing together diverse teams, navigating complexity and ensuring projects consistently achieve their intended outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Proven project management experience delivering multiple concurrent projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance
• Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable
• Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous
