About the Role
Our client is an established main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering luxury residential refurbishments, heritage restorations, bespoke new builds and complex commercial projects across London and the Home Counties. With a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-specification construction schemes.

Responsibilities
- Manage high-end residential refurbishment and new build projects from inception through to completion.
- Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes.
- Build strong relationships with private clients, architects and interior designers.
- Ensure exceptional quality standards are maintained throughout every stage of construction.
- Chair client, subcontractor and progress meetings.
- Monitor project costs alongside the commercial team.
- Manage procurement and sequencing of works.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Oversee quality inspections and snagging processes.
- Produce regular progress reports for senior management.
- Manage project documentation and contractual obligations.
- Lead successful project handovers and client aftercare.
- Previous experience working as a Project Manager for a main contractor.
- Extensive experience delivering high-end residential projects is essential.
- Experience managing luxury refurbishments, listed buildings, basement projects or bespoke new builds.
- Strong knowledge of premium finishes and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Strong planning, leadership and organisational abilities.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
