About the Role
Our client is a specialist contractor delivering luxury residential refurbishments, extensions, bespoke interiors and complex structural projects within some of the UK's most prestigious homes. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the exceptional standards expected within the super-prime residential sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-end residential construction projects.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors and consultants.
- Maintain programme, budget and quality objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive health & safety compliance across all sites.
- Coordinate procurement and construction activities.
- Produce regular project and financial reports.
- Significant experience managing luxury residential projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Construction-related qualification preferred.
- Thorough understanding of project planning and contract administration.
