A leading contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major builders work package on a high-profile project in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and lead their own package.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of a builders work package from planning through to completion.
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance.
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification.
- Chairing progress meetings and providing regular project updates.
- Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working within civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Previous experience managing work packages or projects on site.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to drive programme and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
- Ambitious Assistant Project Managers looking to step up into a Project Manager role will be considered.
- £350 - £450 per day.
