Position Summary 

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, to scope, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role manages risks, issues, dependencies, and change across a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery outcomes align with contractual and customer expectations. 
 
Acting as the primary point of coordination, the Project Manager orchestrates delivery across engineering, delivery, and service introduction teams, applying consistent project management standards and governance to ensure high quality, predictable outcomes.

As a Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered with rigor, transparency, and control, supporting customer satisfaction and long term value. 
 
Objectives & Key Results 

  • Orchestrate delivery of a multi solution project portfolio contributing to customer satisfaction, NPS, and revenue growth 
  • Apply a consistent project management framework across all projects 
  • Reduce project risk and escalation through proactive management of issues, dependencies, and change 
  • Deliver predictable, auditable project outcomes aligned to business and customer expectations 
  • Work alongside Project Managers and Senior Project Managers within large transition programmes

Critical Competencies – Technical Fit 
Essential 

  • Proven track record delivering complex projects, ideally within Cloud, Security, Workplace, and Network domains 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, techniques, and best practices 
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise project and service management tools used for planning, tracking, reporting and collaborating across delivery teams. This includes tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and Microsoft Project 
  • Experience delivering projects within complex, multi-stakeholder environments 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Experience working with third party suppliers and partners 
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget and financial management 
  • Proactive, structured approach requiring minimal supervision 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • ITIL certification 
  • Familiarity with service transition and ITIL aligned delivery models 
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent)
