Project Manager – Construction

• Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Car

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established construction business, delivering multiple concurrent roll-out projects across the Southeast, Midlands and Anglia regions.

Based from the company's Bury St Edmunds office, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, with regular travel to sites and client meetings across the region.

The role will involve overseeing projects from programme through to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Strong programme management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. You will also be expected to monitor progress, manage project risks, attend site and client meetings, and provide regular updates on project delivery.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in construction and experience working as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Construction Manager, ideally with experience managing multiple projects or working within a roll-out environment.

You will need to hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, have a full UK driving licence and be comfortable travelling across the Southeast, Midlands and Anglia regions.
