Project Manager

The CSR Group are working with a fit-out contractor who is seeking a Project Manager for a new position in Dublin City Centre, overseeing commercial fit-out works.

The role will focus on the finishing stages of projects, including cladding, dry lining, snagging and handover. This would suit a hands-on Project Manager with strong finishing experience and an eye for detail.

Package

• €90,000–€95,000 depending on experience.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 07:00–15:30/16:00.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial fit-out works through the finishing stages to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors across cladding, dry lining and finishing trades.
• Drive the programme, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Lead quality inspections, snagging and defect close-out.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and the site team to resolve issues.
• Oversee site health and safety, resources and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Previous Project Management experience within commercial fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, including dry lining and cladding.
• Proven ability to deliver projects through snagging and handover.
• Confident managing subcontractors, programmes and client expectations.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a Dublin City Centre-based position offering the opportunity to take ownership of commercial fit-out delivery through to completion.
