Project Manager – Kildare

The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction works in Kildare.

This would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong residential background and a proven ability to drive site progress, coordinate trades and deliver quality homes.

Package

• €85,000–€95,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential project delivery, managing programme, resources and quality.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants across each stage of construction.
• Monitor budgets, procurement and variations alongside the commercial team.
• Maintain safety standards and resolve technical or programme issues.
• Oversee snagging, completion and handover.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience on residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Experience managing subcontractors and delivering programme milestones.
• Good commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, organisation and client communication skills.
