Project Manager in Ireland

Location: Successful candidates may be based in either Dublin or Cork offices with regular attendance at assigned project locations in Ireland.

Salary: €71,000 - €84,000 per annum

We are actively hiring Project Managers to lead multiple high-profile demolition projects on behalf of a business with offices in Dublin and Cork.

These positions require strong client-side leadership across project development, technical and commercial coordination, procurement and contract support, safety and environmental delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting and project close-out.

Project Managers will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage consultants and demolition contractors to deliver projects safely with clear governance, issue resolution and communication. 

Requirements:

• Relevant third-level qualification in engineering, construction, project management, environmental management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project engineering, project delivery, asset management, infrastructure, utilities, construction, operations or site-based roles.
• Demonstrable experience supporting or leading complex projects or work packages of significant scale and complexity.
• Strong project delivery capability, including planning, contractor and consultant management, cost control, programme management, quality, governance and reporting. Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external interfaces.
• Working knowledge of construction safety obligations and PSDP/PSCS interfaces within construction, demolition, decommissioning or industrial project environments.
