Salary: £35,000 per annum + bonus & benefits

Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a successful and growing organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Project Manager with strong client management skills who enjoys delivering projects from start to finish while building long-term relationships with customers and contractors.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

  • Managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle
  • Building and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships
  • Coordinating remedial works projects, including fire door works
  • Arranging site visits, assessments, and contractor schedules
  • Ensuring reports, documentation, and completion evidence are accurate and delivered on time
  • Monitoring budgets, risks, issues, and project timelines
  • Resolving client queries and supporting customer satisfaction
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Operations team

You will have:

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Experience within construction, engineering, consultancy, compliance, or a regulated environment (desirable)
  • Confidence managing client relationships and attending meetings
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or similar - desirable
