Project Manager - Nuclear Module Fabrication & Assembly in Warrington

We are partnering with our client to appoint a Project Manager specialising in nuclear module fabrication and assembly, based in Warrington on a hybrid contract basis. This is a key role within our client's major nuclear programme, leading complex manufacturing projects for SMRs, AMRs and large nuclear infrastructure. You will be at the heart of our client's delivery operations, driving safe, compliant, on-time and on-budget fabrication and assembly of high-integrity nuclear modules.

• Project Management - Leading end-to-end delivery, planning, baselining, and reporting using project controls and Earned Value Management.
• Steel Fabrication - Overseeing structural steelwork, pressure boundary fabrication, pipework assemblies and skid-mounted systems in a highly regulated environment.
• Modular Construction - Managing offsite manufacturing and module assembly strategies aligned with nuclear new build and major project construction plans.
• Nuclear Quality Assurance - Implementing nuclear QA programmes, audits, inspections, and maintaining full, auditable manufacturing records.
• Fabrication Subcontractor Management - Coordinating fabrication partners, monitoring performance, driving productivity and quality, and supporting corrective actions.
• Supply Chain Management - Managing complex supply chains, materials traceability, logistics for large modular components, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Lean Manufacturing (desirable) - Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency across manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Welding & NDT Awareness (desirable) - Understanding welding standards, inspection, and NDT methods to assure integrity of nuclear-class components.
• Factory Acceptance Testing & Commissioning (desirable) - Coordinating FAT and supporting commissioning readiness for modular systems.
• Rate - Inside IR35 - £440 a day all inclusive
