About the Role

• Managing multiple refurbishment projects simultaneously
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Planning and programming works to meet project deadlines
• Managing projects valued between £50,000 and £100,000+
• Overseeing kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and internal refurbishment works
• Monitoring quality, programme and health & safety compliance
• Liaising with clients throughout each project
• Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
• Managing project costs and reporting progress
• Attending sites across a 30-mile radius of Harrogate
• Ensuring projects are completed within the typical 2-5 week programme
