Project Manager - Strip Out

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

Our client is a well-established and growing specialist contractor operating within the construction logistics, enabling works, and project delivery sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work across London, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in strip out and enabling works projects.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver a diverse range of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects across the capital, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership.

• Oversee the delivery of strip out and enabling works projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate site teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure all contractual and commercial obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering strip out, soft strip, demolition preparation, or enabling works projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, planning, and project controls.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practice.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractor packages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications are desirable.
