Project Planner / Senior Planner

Location: UK - various - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
• Produce realistic, logic-driven programmes covering the full project lifecycle.
• Undertake critical-path analysis and identify schedule risks.
• Monitor progress against the approved baseline.
• Produce short-term look-ahead schedules and programme reports.
• Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, commercial teams and delivery partners.
• Challenge progress information and identify potential delays.
• Support recovery planning and schedule improvement initiatives.
• Ensure planning processes are consistently applied across the programme.
• Communicate schedule information clearly to project and senior management teams.

Candidate Profile

• Strong demonstrable planning experience on complex projects.
• Experience using Primavera P6.
• Able to build, interrogate and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Good understanding of critical-path methodology and schedule logic.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Water, utilities or nuclear experience is advantageous but not essential.
