Project Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join an international project team working on a major construction project in Vassa, Finland.

The ideal candidate will be based locally in Vassa. However, there is flexibility for candidates based in Helsinki, with the opportunity to work on a regular site rotation of approximately 2–3 nights per week in Vassa.

• Provide commercial support throughout project delivery
• Manage project costs, valuations and variations
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance
• Assist with procurement and contract management
• Manage change and commercial reporting
• Work closely with project managers, contractors and consultants
• Support the wider commercial team to deliver strong project outcomes

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects
• Strong commercial and cost management skills
• Good understanding of construction contracts
• Confident working with project teams and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Finnish or wider Nordic construction experience would be advantageous

Location flexibility is available, making this an attractive opportunity for candidates already based in Finland who are looking to work on a major international project.
