Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Location: Morecambe

Salary: £13.00-£14.00 phr

Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges and build brighter futures?

We are looking for a dedicated Project Worker to support young people aged 16-24 within a supported accommodation service. Many of the young people we support have experienced homelessness, family breakdown, mental health challenges, early childhood trauma, or adverse childhood experiences. Your role will be to provide practical and emotional support, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to live independently.

The Role
  • Build positive, professional relationships with young people.
  • Support access to education, training, employment, and community opportunities.
  • Help young people develop independent living skills and achieve their goals.
  • Provide support to individuals with mental health needs, ADHD, autism, and trauma-related experiences.
  • Complete support plans, records, and other administrative tasks.
  • Encourage young people to recognise their strengths and make positive changes in their lives.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting young people, homelessness, mental health, or trauma.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • A personable, resilient, and flexible approach.
  • Someone who can build trust, set boundaries, and genuinely engage with young people.
  • A relationship builder who isn't afraid to get stuck in.
Shift Pattern
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • 12:00pm to 8:00pm
  • 1:30pm to 9:30pm
  • 1 in 3 weekends
