Property and Facilities Manager in Romsey, Hampshire

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the estate.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, liaise with suppliers and oversee service agreements.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations.
• Lead property improvement and refurbishment projects.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor budgets and control facilities-related expenditure.
• Maintain accurate property and compliance records.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

• Previous experience in Property, Facilities or Estates Management.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance and compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and external suppliers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, approachable and discreet, with a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
