Property Clearance Operative - Temp to Perm

Barker Ross are recruiting for Property Clearance Operatives for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Coalville. Immediate starts are available.

This is a physically demanding role involving the clearance of vacant properties, rubbish removal, fly-tipping clearance and garden clearances. We are looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable with manual work and working outdoors in all weather conditions.



The Role

Duties will include:

  • Clearing void and vacant properties

  • Removing household waste, furniture and unwanted items

  • Fly-tipping removal

  • Garden and grounds clearances

  • Loading and unloading materials

  • Working across various locations as part of a team

Please note: This role involves regular rubbish removal and property clearances. Applicants must be comfortable carrying out physically demanding work and getting involved in all aspects of the clearance process.



Key Details

Location: Coalville, LE67

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm

  • Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

  • 36.5 hours per week

Pay:

  • £14.55 per hour

  • Overtime paid at time and a half after 36.5 hours



Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence essential

  • CSCS card preferred but not essential

  • Previous labouring, property clearance, waste management or outdoor work experience advantageous

  • Good work ethic and reliable attitude

  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Flexible with overtime when required
