Job Title: Property Maintenance Operative
Location: Littlemore Mental Health Centre OX4 4XN (will include travel to Warneford OX3 7JX and Whiteleaf HP20 1EG
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Pay: £15.93 per hour

This is a temporary role.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Optimising the quality and condition of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust properties to ensure buildings are kept in a safe condition.
- Specific focus on radiators, removal, draining, cleaning and rehanging.
- Small building repairs
- Hanging notice boards, shelves and building furniture.
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Level 3 qualification to support skills mentioned above or hands on experience
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
