Job Title: Property Manager
Location: On-site, Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays (9:00am – 2:00pm)
Pay: £26,500.00 – £30,000.00 per year (dependent on experience, plus commission)
Contract Type: Permanent
Frontline Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking estate agency in Nottingham to recruit a confident and organised Property Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Handle maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Monitor rent arrears and take appropriate action where required
- Ensure properties comply with HHSRS requirements and current lettings legislation
- Assist with Section Notices and wider compliance processes
- Liaise with contractors and oversee maintenance works
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
- Deliver excellent customer service and encourage positive client reviews
- Contribute to team performance and company growth objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience within residential lettings (minimum two years preferred)
- Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to remain calm and prioritise workloads in a busy environment
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, reliable and self-motivated with a proactive approach
