⭐ Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of residential property across a defined region. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and strategic estate management.
Based out of our Telford office, your role will focus on:
Managing multiple residential properties and portfolios, delivering a consistently high standard of service and ensuring full compliance across all estates.
Acting as the lead contact for clients, tenants and contractors, carrying out inspections, preparing repair schedules, and issuing and managing contractor instructions.
Overseeing tenancies and lettings, including arranging quotations for complex works, advising on market value and letting options, and negotiating higher‑value or more complex rent reviews.
Managing estate budgets and cashflows, including oversight of rent arrears and financial reporting.
Supporting business development, contributing to pitches and helping to grow the managed portfolio.
Identifying new initiatives for clients, advising on legislative changes and policy updates, and implementing these to shape estate strategy.
Providing leadership within the team, supporting and mentoring property managers and contributing to overall team development.
Holding a relevant professional qualification, such as ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS.

Our Rural & Projects team provides management and strategic advice across rural estates, residential portfolios and let property. Clients range from private landowners and estates to institutional and corporate property owners.
The team includes property managers, estate administrators and specialist support staff, working closely with wider rural professionals across the UK.
We operate through a national network of offices, delivering consistent, high‑quality service and long‑term estate management expertise.
