Placr Recruitment is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our client's successful team on a full-time basis.
The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of residential and student properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant and running efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations and tenant relationships
- Oversee lettings, inspections, check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate repairs, contractors and maintenance
- Manage budgets, income and property expenses
- Deal with tenant queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure properties meet relevant legal and safety requirements
- Support marketing and tenant retention
- Handle emergencies and out-of-hours issues when required
About You
- Previous property management experience (student lets and residential beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple properties and competing priorities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
