Property Resale Executive in Eastleigh

Location: Eastleigh
Salary: Up to £35,052 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
Contract: 12-week temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Property Resale Executive to join a busy housing and property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property, sales or shared ownership experience who is confident managing customers and coordinating the sales process from start to finish.
The Role
- Manage the resale of shared ownership properties from initial enquiry through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
- Provide advice and support to homeowners and prospective purchasers throughout the process.
- Process buyer applications, including financial assessments and eligibility checks.
- Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, HomeBuy Agents and other external partners.
- Arrange and attend property viewings and completions where required.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and internal systems.
- Prepare reports and statistics relating to scheme progress.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
- Support the promotion of home ownership schemes and attend occasional events where required.
- Previous experience within a busy sales or property environment.
- Knowledge of residential property sales and the conveyancing process.
- Experience of shared ownership or other home ownership schemes would be beneficial.
- Good understanding of mortgages and financial assessments.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider team.
- A full driving licence and access to transport, or the ability to travel to locations not easily accessible by public transport.
