Multiskilled Pump Engineer – London / M25
£30,000 – £60,000 DOE | Monday – Friday | Company Van | Overtime | Callout
Are you a Pump Engineer or Multiskilled Engineer with strong mechanical and electrical experience?
Looking for a company that has a steady workload, plenty of overtime and the flexibility to recognise engineers who genuinely know what they're doing?
We're recruiting for an established facilities management business with 800+ commercial sites across London and the M25.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to add experienced Multiskilled Pump Engineers to the team.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out:
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive maintenance
- Breakdown response
- Pump servicing and repairs
- Mechanical fault finding
- Electrical fault finding
- Equipment replacements
- Installation works
- General maintenance associated with pump systems
You'll be working across commercial offices, NHS sites, care homes and large residential developments, so no two days will necessarily be the same.
The Package
- £30,000 – £60,000 salary, depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
- Overtime available
- Weekend overtime paid at 1.5x
- 1 in 3 callout

The Person
We're looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience working with pumps and mechanical systems.
You don't necessarily need every qualification under the sun. The key thing is your ability to diagnose problems, fault find and fix equipment properly.
We're particularly interested in engineers with:
Pump engineering experience
Mechanical maintenance experience
Electrical fault-finding ability
Commercial FM experience
Reactive maintenance experience
A practical, hands-on approach
Full UK driving licence
