We're recruiting for a QHSE Engineer to join a leading electronics manufacturing business based in Andover.

This is an excellent job for someone who enjoys a varied role covering quality, health & safety, environmental compliance, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As a QHSE Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining management systems, driving compliance, and promoting a positive safety culture across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting health & safety inspections and audits

• Investigating quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints

• Managing supplier quality and carrying out supplier audits

• Supporting and maintaining ISO management systems

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives

• Delivering training and promoting best practices across the business

About You

The job is based in Andover and would suit candidates from:
