Join our small commercial team as a Quantity Surveyor, You will manage all the commercial aspects of your projects taking them on from the estimating team through to settlement of final account.

Responsibilities include:

· Managing project costs

· Procurement of materials and subcontractors

· Valuing change

· Agreeing monthly valuations

· Managing compliance with contract conditions

· Cost reporting

You will also collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to support successful project delivery.

You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor - ideally gained within a landscape contractor or allied discipline and have an interest in delivering high-quality roof gardens and external landscape schemes.
