Recycling Operative

Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for our client based in the Derby area for recycling operatives. 

For this role, you are not handling or sorting waste but are supporting the general public at the recycling centre. 

Some heavy lifting is involved in this role, and you will be required to work weekends on a rota basis. 

Duties: 

• Supporting the public
• Providing directions around the site as required 
• Some heavy lifting
• General tidying and upkeep of the site 
• General cleaning. 

This is ad-hoc work in the short term but can develop into longer term, more consistent work depending on the individual. 

You will be required to work weekends. 

We have various sites across the Derby region which are all accessibly by public transport. 

We have immediate starts available, and these can be temporary to permanent opportunities. 

Hours of work vary but you can expect to work 24 - 40 hours per week.
