Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Qualified PMLD Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive special educational needs school in Camden, London. The successful candidate will have experience working within complex SEND settings and a strong understanding of personalised learning approaches. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil is supported to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

To be successful for this role, you must:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Have experience teaching pupils with PMLD, complex SEND, or severe learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of personalised learning plans and differentiated teaching strategies.
* Be passionate, patient, and committed to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
* Have experience working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families.
* Be confident supporting pupils with a range of needs, including communication difficulties, sensory needs, and complex medical requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Creating a nurturing and structured learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
* Working closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff to support pupil development.
* Monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress effectively.
* Implementing personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets.
* Supporting pupils' communication, sensory development, and social skills.
* Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
