Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Qualified PMLD Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive special educational needs school in Camden, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and helping them reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have experience working within complex SEND settings and a strong understanding of personalised learning approaches. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil is supported to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

To be successful for this role, you must:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Have experience teaching pupils with PMLD, complex SEND, or severe learning difficulties.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of personalised learning plans and differentiated teaching strategies.
* Be passionate, patient, and committed to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
* Have experience working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families.
* Be confident supporting pupils with a range of needs, including communication difficulties, sensory needs, and complex medical requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Creating a nurturing and structured learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
* Working closely with teaching assistants and specialist staff to support pupil development.
* Monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress effectively.
* Implementing personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets.
* Supporting pupils' communication, sensory development, and social skills.
* Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
