As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support observations and children's individual learning journeys
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
• Work closely with the wider nursery team
• Contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the setting
• Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a close and supportive team
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for Early Years education
