We're currently recruiting for a number of full-time Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners across a range of well-established nursery settings throughout Leeds. The Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and support engaging activities that encourage learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting young children to reach their full potential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive, and caring approach
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
