Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity in London?

3D Recruit is currently recruiting for a Qualified Adult Social Worker to join a local authority team, offering a competitive rate of £30–£32 per hour.

The Role

You will manage a varied and complex caseload, supporting adults with a range of care and support needs. The role will involve:

• Completing Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning
• Managing complex cases and developing person-centred support plans
• Undertaking Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions
• Conducting safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014
• Coordinating complex discharge planning and community support
• Working closely with health professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for adults
• Maintaining accurate case records and producing high-quality reports
• Providing professional support and guidance to less experienced colleagues
• Ensuring statutory duties are delivered in line with legislation and local authority procedures

What We're Looking For

• Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
• Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualifying experience
• Strong knowledge of UK adult social care legislation and practice
• Experience managing complex adult social care cases
• Right to work in the UK
