Quality Assurance in Broughton, Milton Keynes

Insight Employment are recruiting a Quality Assurance for a client of ours in Milton Keynes. 

The Ideal candidate would be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You must be able to work a continental shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities: -

• GMP and hygiene audits.
• Production start-up checks.
• Product quality assessments and taste panels.
• Allergen verification and environmental monitoring activities.
• Completion and review of quality documentation.
• Supporting investigations and corrective actions where required.
• Liaising with production teams to maintain quality and food safety standards.

 Requirements: -

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally within Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Safety.
• Good understanding of GMP, hygiene standards, allergen control, and food safety requirements.   
• Experience completing factory inspections, quality checks, product assessments, and documentation would be beneficial.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications and completing records accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently on the factory floor.

Continental shifts and hours: -

This is rotating between days and nights and working 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights.

Day shift

06:00am-18:00pm

Night shift

18:00pm-06:00am

Rate: -

£14.80-£18:00 per hour depending on experience.
