Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of all parts according to company and customer specifications.
- Performing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspections to ensure precision.
- Inspecting incoming goods to meet strict quality standards.
- Calibrating company equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Carrying out first-off inspections, both manual and CMM.
- Overseeing on-the-job training for Trainee Quality Inspectors as requested.
- Organising, documenting, and reporting dimensional inspection results for FAIR and PPAP documentation.
- Generating Quality Control Notifications (QCN) for non-conforming products with clear, precise information.
- Participating in the 8D process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with daily quality requirements under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager and Deputy Quality Assurance Manager.
What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous quality or inspection experience, preferably in an engineering setting.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of CMM operations and programming.
- Experience with equipment calibration.
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.

Working hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:15am - 16:00pm and Friday: 7:15am - 12:15am
