About the Role
Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Stafford to recruit a Quality & Complaints Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and investigate customer complaints.
- Draft and issue complaint responses.
- Monitor complaint trends and identify improvements.
- Conduct quality reviews and audits.
- Support Subject Access Requests.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in complaints handling, quality assurance or compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good IT skills.
