Contract Type: Temporary ongoing | Full-Time- Day AND Night shifts available as follows-
DAYS 7:00AM-4:00PM
NIGHTS 9:30PM-6:30AM
Hourly Rate: £13.57 - £15.53

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Quality Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our clients products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products
- Documenting inspection results accurately and promptly
- Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance
- Assist in the implementation of quality control processes
- Conduct weight checks for frozen products and verify breakages where required
- Monitor weight and size of products during production to ensure compliance with specification
- Conduct daily checks for accuracy
- Complete daily/weekly temperature checks for chillers, freezers, and canteen refrigerators
- Ensure that all products meet specified temperature requirements throughout production
- Carry out knife checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Generate and maintain reports, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues
- Verifying product label accuracy
- Conducting routine metal detection checks
- Following monthly sampling plans for materials and finished products
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous quality control checking is essential
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Good English skills- written and verbal
- IT Literate with an understanding of Microsoft package and email
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment beneficial
