The products leaving your site are only as good as the standards behind them. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you'll lead from the front to ensure food safety, quality and compliance remain uncompromising while supporting a busy production operation to deliver the highest standards every day.
 
This is an opportunity to take ownership of quality performance across the PM shift, working closely with production and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance and ensure every product meets customer and regulatory expectations.

Your responsibilities as Quality Control Supervisor
  • Lead daily quality control activities, ensuring products and processes meet required specifications
  • Supervise inspections, quality checks, traceability exercises and compliance monitoring across production
  • Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate audits, sampling programmes, documentation and quality management records
  • Work collaboratively with production, engineering, hygiene and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
  • Support team development, maintain quality procedures and provide leadership in the absence of the Quality Manager
 
What we're looking for in a Quality Control Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, food safety legislation and quality management systems
  • Previous experience leading quality activities within a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience conducting audits, managing quality documentation and supporting compliance programmes
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic quality management systems
  • Ability to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and maintain regulatory compliance
 
Working Hours – PM Shift
Tuesday to Thursday 2.00pm – 10:30pm
Friday 1.30pm – 10:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 5.00pm
