As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive supplier quality improvement activities and support corrective action reviews
  • Provide hands-on Quality Engineer support across the manufacturing facility
  • Resolve non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques
  • Conduct and support internal, supplier, and process audits
  • Participate in NPI projects, ensuring quality conformance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce the cost of poor quality

As a Quality Engineer, your experience will include:

  • A Degree, HNC, or NVQ in a Quality, Engineering, or technical subject (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Competent use of Root Cause Analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of NPI processes
  • Competency in supplier quality practices and processes
  • 6 months or more in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • Computer and Microsoft software literacy
