What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of materials and products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Identifying defects and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records for compliance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Participating in audits and quality reviews to continually improve our processes.
- Training team members on quality standards and best practises.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus!
