Are you passionate about driving quality excellence in a manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality performance across two manufacturing sites, ensuring our clients castings consistently meet customer expectations, industry standards, and business objectives.

This is a highly influential role where you'll champion a "quality first" culture, drive continuous improvement, optimise manufacturing processes, and use data-driven decision making to improve product reliability, reduce variation, and enhance overall business performance.

What you'll be doing…

• Leading quality assurance activities across two manufacturing plants.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Developing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Using quality and performance data to identify trends, reduce defects, and implement improvements.
• Leading root cause investigations, corrective actions, and non-conformance management.
• Working closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve process capability and product quality.
• Managing customer quality concerns, complaints, audits, and supplier quality performance.
• Overseeing internal, supplier, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Supporting product development, process changes, and implementation of best practices.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to strengthen quality awareness throughout the business.

What we are looking for…

• Proven foundry experience, particularly within high-integrity ductile iron production.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, compliance, and manufacturing quality standards.
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives within a production environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to influence change and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
