Quality Receiving Parts Inspector

- This is a receiving parts inspector working on Day shifts
- Candidate must have basic skills in measurements, reading technical drawings and operating calibration systems.
- Perform in-process inspections throughout manufacturing
- The Receiving Parts Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications before being accepted into inventory or production.
- Verify manufacturing operations against approved processes
- Conduct build verification inspections
- Complete final product inspections
- Perform dimensional inspection using approved measuring equipment
- Carry out detailed visual inspections
- Verify manufacturing documentation and quality records
- Confirm compliance with customer and engineering requirement
- Independently approve manufacturing operations
- Reject non-conforming product
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Apply Quality Holds where required
- Remove Quality Holds following verification
- Stop production where product quality or safety is at risk
- Escalate quality concerns using established governance
- Perform containment inspections
