Quality Resident Engineer – Derby
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report and record all quality concerns found on business parts at the customers’ assembly plant
- Assist in ensuring the Quality function actively participates and supports in project and design activities
- Co-ordination of rework activities
Qualifications
- Broad and varied experience working within a Quality Function in automotive industry
- Working knowledge of APQP, Global 8D, PPAP, SPC, CPK, Taguchi, Ishikawa, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen and 6 Sigma processes
- Experience of vehicle assembly and manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
