I’m working with an established contractor who are looking to appoint a Freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple projects across their portfolio.
Based from their Liverpool Street office, you’ll take responsibility for projects valued up to £8m, working closely with the operational teams to maintain strong commercial control from procurement through to final account.
The Role
- Commercial oversight of multiple projects up to £8m
- Procurement and management of M&E packages
- CVRs, forecasting and cost reporting
- Valuations, variations and subcontractor payments
- Managing commercial risk and final accounts
- Working closely with project teams across the portfolio
What they’re looking for
- Experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Strong mechanical & electrical / building services background
- Comfortable commercially managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong procurement, CVR and change management experience
- Able to work autonomously across a varied project portfolio
