Quantity Surveyor

A well-established construction consultancy is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to its Newcastle office as the team continues to grow.

• Delivering pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
• Producing cost plans and estimates
• Managing procurement and tender processes
• Administering NEC and JCT contracts
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Working alongside clients, contractors and design teams
• Helping deliver projects from early design through to completion

• Consultancy experience is preferred, although candidates from a main contractor background are encouraged to apply
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Good working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership is desirable
• Comfortable managing your own workload and building client relationships

• £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
