A fast growing quantity surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, working across high-value commercial and residential real estate projects. Due to sustained growth and an increasingly busy workload, they're now looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS who wants to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment that rewards performance and offers clear progression into senior or associate-level roles.

Key Responsibilities Manage full cost control and commercial management on a variety of commercial and residential projects Lead procurement processes, including tender evaluation and subcontractor negotiation Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and internal project teams Mentor junior surveyors and support business development initiatives Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery aligns with programme and budget About You RICS Chartered (MRICS) status is essential Confident managing projects from inception through to final account Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ambitious, client-focused, and eager to progress within a growing business What's on Offer Competitive salary reflecting chartered status and experience Clear career progression pathway into senior/associate positions Performance-related bonus Full support for continued professional development and RICS membership Hybrid working model with flexible office attendance
