The Role

An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to take a broad role across projects from the outset. The position offers a varied workload, with involvement spanning estimating and commercial management through project delivery, providing the opportunity to have a real influence on projects rather than being restricted to a narrow area of responsibility.

Experience Required

• Experience in quantity surveying and/or estimating within the building or refurbishment sector.
• Understanding of construction costs, tendering and commercial processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to operate with a good level of autonomy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
