About the role of Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a huge tier 1 main contractor with an outstanding £1.9billion turnover and a worldwide turnover of over £40 billion! They have a proven track record by delivering thousands of projects across the sectors including healthcare, education, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, residential developments and more.
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor, degree qualified, commutable distance to Norwich
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor
- Cost Planning and Budget Managing
- Procurement and subcontract management
- Contract administration
- Valuations and payments
- Cost reporting
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor
- Degree qualified
- Good understanding of commercial methods & construction industry
- At least 7 years of experience
- Administered JCT or NEC contracts
