Quantity Surveyor

A London-based Construction Consultancy with an established history within the commercial sector, are looking to add a Director level Quantity Surveyor to their close-knit team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working within a small team of experienced Quantity Surveyors who provide a first-class service on an array of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, with a sprinkling of new build residential too.

The senior management team are looking for a client facing, commercially aware Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable generating future business and being involved in business development activities.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is useful, but not essential
• London commercial project sector experience
• Associate / Director level experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in client facing situations
• Technically astute, pre and post contract knowledge
• Business development experience

In Return?

• £90,000 - £110,000
• Route to becoming a Partner in the next 1-2 years
